Shonan Gold

Recipe is for 1 cocktail. This drink is on the sour side so those who like a sweeter drink should add a little simple syrup to the mix.
- 2 oz vodka (I used plain vodka but if you happen to have citrus or yuzu vodka, now would be the time to use it)
- 1 Tbsp orange marmalade dissolved in 2 tsps of boiling water
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice + 1/2 tsp zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice + 1/2 tsp zest
- 1 Tbsp tangerine juice (or orange juice if tangerine juice is not available; I used blood orange because I thought it would make the drink a pretty color)
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Soda water, sparkling sake or Prosecco to top up the cocktail
- Place all of the ingredients except for the soda water (or whatever liquid you choose to top up the cocktail) in an ice filled shaker. Shake well to combine.
- Strain into a chilled Champagne flute and top with iced soda water, or whatever sparkling liquid you are using.
